At PARASOPIC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality, healthy snacks that meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer refunds or exchanges under the conditions outlined in this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Only items purchased directly from PARASOPIC are eligible for returns. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their return policy.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
Opened or partially consumed food products.
Products that have been tampered with, damaged, or improperly stored after delivery.
Items purchased during promotional sales, clearance, or with discount codes (unless defective or damaged).
3. Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

Approval & Instructions – Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions if your return is approved.
Ship the Product – Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Processing Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval and will be credited to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges (Defective or Incorrect Items)
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange for a replacement. We will cover all shipping costs for defective or incorrect products.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days after approval, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If you still have concerns, contact us at info@parasopic.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
6. Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, return the item following our standard return process.
